Distributed systems such as cloud cover resources which are distributed in a heterogeneous and different way geographically. Therefore, when a distant user requests for a resource for a resource in this broad environment, the mechanism for allocating a resource should the requested resource. Nowadays, cloud computing is one of developing fields of studies in research and industry which includes virtual and distributed data centers, the internet, software and web services. A cloud consists of consumers, data centers, distributed servers, and the internet. These factors lead to fault resistance, high accessibility, effectiveness, flexibility, reducing overload for users, reducing possession cost, requested service, etc. Cloud computing services are available any where and considered as the principal source of computation for practical programs in personal computers. In this study, we have provided a new method for resource allocation by using fuzzy logic which produces less traffic because of localization and sending user’s requests to the center of localization and sending user’s requests to the center of its region. We have used geographical distance between user and data center, allocated load, fault rate in physical machine as parameters in order to reduce response time, load balance, and fault rate in resource allocation.
